A delegation from the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), led by Yang Mulia Datin Paduka Hajah Anifa Rafiza binti Haji Abd Ghani, attended the 21st Meeting of the Heads of ASEAN Anti-Corruption Agencies—also known as the 21st ASEAN-Parties Against Corruption (ASEAN-PAC) meeting—held at the Sunway Resort Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 28 to 30 October 2025. The delegation also participated in a meeting and a visit to the Enforcement, Leadership and Management University (ELMU) campus in Bandar Enstek, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, on 31 October 2025. During the 21st ASEAN-PAC meeting, the ACB reported on activities undertaken to support the ASEAN-PAC Action Plan (2022–2025). These activities included the implementation of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC); upholding Brunei Darussalam’s commitment to preventing and combating corruption under the ASEAN Political-Security Community Strategic Plan 2045; participation in the Coding4Integrity Hackathon; and involvement as panelists, moderators, and participants in capacity-building programs organized by ASEAN-PAC members and international organizations. A paper titled “Public-Private Partnership in Brunei Darussalam,” detailing the ACB’s involvement in anti-corruption efforts within the country, was also presented during the meeting.
